Terms of Sale:

The following Terms of Sale, will govern the sale between Natural Persimmon Tea, the seller, and you, our Customer, for any items or services purchased from our website, www.naturalpersimmon.com. Placing an order with us confirms that you agree to the following terms and conditions.

 

Payment:

We accept the following methods of payment:

  • Major Credit Cards: MasterCard, Visa & Discover
  • Google Checkout
  • PayPal
  • Money Orders and Bank Issued Checks

For fastest service & security, please checkout using your Credit Card, Google Checkout or PayPal.

 

All prices are listed in USD, United States Dollar, unless otherwise noted. All applicable state, local, and/or international taxes and fees will be clearly displayed during checkout. You, the buyer, are responsible for paying and reporting taxes if necessary. You, the buyer, are required to pay any customs taxes, if applicable.

 

Shipping:

 

We ship daily, Monday-Friday. All in-stock items  are processed & shipped within 24 hours of payment. Our mission is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Shipping & handling charges applies to all orders, unless otherwise specified. Shipping costs are based on the total number of items ordered, total weight, destination, and the shipping service & carrier requested by our customers. All shipping estimates are estimates and transit times are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any shipping delays that occur once the package has left our facility.

 

Once an order has been shipped, no changes can be made to the order. Before an order is shipped, we will try to accommodate any changes. However, changes are not guaranteed. All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss of items purchased from this website is passed to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You, the buyer, are responsible for any claims with the shipping carrier for lost and/or damaged shipments. As a result of fraudulent activity, buyers may be requested to sign a legal note in order to file a claim.

 

Natural Persimmon uses the following shipping carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL.

We currently ship within the continental United States, Hawaii & Alaska.

 

For our international customers, we currently ship to Europe & UK only. To quote international shipping & handling charges, please email us at naturalpersimmon@gmail.com.

 

Order Acceptance Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation, or any other form, does not signify our acceptance of our order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.      T & H USA Group Inc. reserves the right, at any time, to accept or decline your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to request any additional information to verify your identity before accepting any order.

 

Backorder Policy:

Our goal is to ship orders within 48 hours or the same day if the order is received by 3 PM EST. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. If your order includes an item that is currently not in stock, your order will be held for shipment until the item is available. Partial shipping, at your request, will result in in-stock items being shipped immediately. Backordered items will be shipped when available.

 

Order Cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us at naturalpersimmon@gmail.com. If you order has not been shipped, your order can be cancelled. Orders may be subject to a restocking fee. For orders that have already shipped, we can accept returns according to our Return & Refunds Policy.

 

Return Policy:

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it for a refund within 3 days of receipt. Only unopened & new items can be returned. Please email naturalpersimmon@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization number. Please state the reason for the return in your email. All returns must be accommodated by a return authorization number.  A Restocking fee of 30%  applies to all returns. Shipping & handling charges are not refundable.

 

Returns & exchanges without a return authorization number will not be processed. The return shipping address will be emailed to you, the customer, once the return authorization number has been issued. Any package returned to us due to a customer refusing the order will not be reshipped unless additional shipping & handling charges has been paid for. Customers are responsible for the shipping & handling cost of return shipping. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were shipped, in original packaging.

 

 

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed with an incorrect price or description due to a typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrect price or description. Natural Persimmon shall have the right to cancel any such orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed or charged to your credit card. If a charge was placed on your credit card, Natural Persimmon shall immediately issue a refund to your credit card, in the amount that was initially charged..
